At just past 11.05am on Sunday (January 25), there was a crash on the A412 Uxbridge Road near the junction with Black Park Road. The driver of the BMW died at the scene.
Two other vehicles are believed to have been in the vicinity of the BMW at the time: a grey VW Golf and a grey Porsche Taycan. All the vehicles were travelling north on the A412 towards Uxbridge.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Lyndsey Blackaby of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “This collision occurred in the middle of the morning and the tragic outcome is a man, aged in his thirties, has died of his injuries.
“My thoughts are with the family of the man who has died. They are being offered support by specially trained Family Liaison Officers.
“I am appealing to anybody who was driving on A412 Uxbridge Road yesterday between around 10.45am and 11.15am to please contact us if you have witnessed the collision or the three vehicles being driven before the collision.
“We are also seeking to establish the movements of the Porsche and VW Golf after the collision.
“If you have any dash-cam fitted in your cars, I would ask you to please check this and contact us if it has captured anything that may assist this investigation.

A 42-year-old male from Slough was arrested on the day of the crash. He was released under investigation the next day (January 26) and enquires are ongoing.
